Accent Services Inc., a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a FULL-TIME, SECOND SHIFT Route Lead position working in mutiple healthcare facilities in the Wausau and surrounding areas. The standard second shift work schedule will be 3:00PM to 11:30PM Monday through Friday. Some flexibility in scheduling and weekend hours will be required as needed.  Essential responsibilities of this position will include traveling between accounts completing cleaning duties, service protocols, customer interactions, quality control and following safety procedures.  This position will have customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required.  The pay range for this full-time opportunity is $15.00 per hour and includes a monthly mileage allowance of up to $250.00 to allow for travel expenses.

Successful candidates will assist in the management of employees ensuring daily job duties are completed by all employees and following up with employees and management to ensure customer satisfaction.  Responsibilities include the same job duties as a General Cleaner, just in multiple healthcare account facilities.

General Cleaners are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing various spaces which could include offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen / breakroom areas, locker rooms, and public areas.  Steel-toed shoes are required - all other appropriate PPE provided including company tee shirts, hardhats, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves and etc.

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, breakroom, restroom and locker room cleaning and etc.)
• Gather and empty trash receptacles
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and equipment
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
• Follow all health and safety regulations

The pay rate is $15.00 per hour depending upon custodial cleaning experience and availability. Benefits offered include medical, dental, vision, 401K and paid vacation/holidays.  A monthly mileage allowance of up to $250.00.00 per month is included as a benefit for this position.
