Successful candidates will assist in the management of employees ensuring daily job duties are completed by all employees and following up with employees and management to ensure customer satisfaction. Will fill in as necessary completing any dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting restrooms, and cleaning of offices.
As a LEAD, employee will be required to train new hires, cover call off route's, walk and inspect a 7-story building and conduct a weekly checkpoint scale to ensure quality cleaning is being upheld throughout building, as well as LEAD a team of 10 employees.
The LEAD role will also be responsible for sorting and bagging dirty laundry twice weekly, conduct and submit a bi-weekly supply order for the Atrium, and will also be responsible for making sure conference room meeting's are set up accurately and in a timely fashion according to the weekly conference room set up protocol.
