Description/Job Summary

DSI (Diversified Services Inc) a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a industrial Lead position in Forest CIty, IA.

Responsibilities/Duties

Successful candidates will assist in the management of employees ensuring daily job duties are completed by all employees and following up with employees and management to ensure customer satisfaction.  Will fill in as necessary completing any dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting restrooms, and cleaning of offices.

Required Skills

Successful candidates will be reliable and have an eye for detail. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Details

The pay rate is $18/hour.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, (2nd shift).


Responsible for making sure all shift duties and tasks are completed, in the warehouse, as well as housekeeping. will be trained and responsible for monthly project floor work duties. Must be responsible and reliable, must be flexible and able to jump in and help the team as needed. Customer service oriented, and able to build strong relationships with employees and the customer. Background check, drug screen, and physical required. PTO and Paid Holidays
