VSI (Vonachen Services Inc) a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a Lead position in multiple accounts in the Quad Cities Area.

The Lead is responsible for assuring assigned area is maintained and daily workload is completed by coordinating, assisting with, and monitoring the work of assigned staff, mentoring employees, and overseeing quality assurance activities. This person ensures work is completed in accordance with department and facility policies, and procedures.  This person will lead pre- shift stretching and coordinate the Daily Safety Brief. 

• Oversee all assigned duties/task per facility SOW 

• Encourages, redirects, corrects, and documents employee performance as appropriate 

• Aids co-workers as appropriate to meet customer demands and appropriate timelines; coordinates cleaning of restricted access areas to perform necessary cleaning  

• Trains employees into specialized areas and periodic assignments and documents training 

• Participate and provide feedback and insight pertaining to all OSHA, Company, Customer and Site-Specific Safety Guidelines and Processes 

• Prepare Confined Space Permits; initiate and confirm LOTO of equipment 

• Track all work and provide documentation as required; prepare timekeeping and EOS reports 

• Conduct Quality Assurance Audits on completed task and ensure corrective measures are implemented for all deficiencies 

Skills and Abilities  

• Must be 18 years or older and a valid driver's license and clean MVR 

• Must have reliable transportation 

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment 

• Possesses good verbal and written communication skills 

• Strong detail orientation 

• Customer-oriented and friendly 

Education and Experience  

• High school diploma or GED  

• Some experience with performing administrative tasks is required 

Physical Requirements 

• Stand and walk for long periods of time 

• Repeat the same movements 

• Frequent bending and twisting 

• Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs 

• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends 

Full Time 2nd Shift- Sunday-Thursday-- 4pm-midnight

$18/hr. plus mileage reimbursment
