VSI (Vonachen Services Inc), a Vonachen Family company, is looking to fill a Facility Manager opening in Moline, IL. This position has many responsibilities including hiring, job and safety training, quality assurance, job bidding, and sales and marketing. Responsibilities will also include scheduling staff, approving employee time records and managing a budget including labor and supplies. This position will be the front line customer contact for our accounts so strong relationship management skills are required. This position will have staff on all shifts, though the majority of its duties will take place during the day. 

Required Skills

Experience motivating and coaching employees is required. Account Management/Customer Services skills are paramount. Experience providing cleaning services in industrial settings is a plus.  Interested candidates must pass a background check and drug screening. May be required to assist with management duties over laborer staff as needed. Therefore, knowledge of safety procedures and protocols including lock out tag out procedures, confined space, and SDS, experience with painting and multiple applications (epoxy, latex, oil base), experience with labor estimates and budgeting, computer knowledge (Windows XP, Microsoft Office, and SAP), carpentry and hand tool experience are preferred.

Works well under pressure; high level of safety awareness; organized; strong leadership skills; quality control; good written and verbal communication.


The pay ranges from $48,000 - $50,000 annually with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), STD, LTD, vacation and holiday pay.  A company cell phone and iPad will be provided.
