VSI (Vonachen Services Inc) is looking to fill an Area Operations Manager position that will oversee janitorial staff in several healthcare facilities in Peoria, IL.
Providing leadership, management, and direction to 30+ VSI employees in several healthcare facilities
Managing and overseeing operations support in janitorial cleaning and related functions
Maintaining health and safety standards for the safety of all in the workplace
Maintaining a positive employee experience
Assessing and managing staffing in partnership with Human Resources
Developing and coaching employees at all levels
Managing and developing the customer relationship
Ensuring strong financial performance
Open to flexible hours including being responsive seven days a week during first and second shift.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a requirement for this position, and mileage reimbursement is part of the compensation package
A high school diploma, some college or equivalent work experience is preferred
Experience motivating and coaching employees is required
Account Management/Customer Services skills such as familiarity with P&L and Labor reports
Mircosoft Suite and timekeeping software experience is preferred
Clean background check and drug screen
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel between accounts in the Peoria area
Bending, stooping, reaching, lifting up to 30 lbs will be required.
Pay ranges from $40,000 - $45,000 annually with quarterly bonus eligibility.

Vonachen Group will provide the following training opportunities: OSHA 10 training class within 90 days, BSCAI's Certified Site Supervisor (CSS) certification within 90 days, and Vonachen University management training courses, a proprietary learning management system within 14 days.
