He enjoys taking on challenges and being creative to continually grow the business within multiple states and locations.  His schedule is busy whether at work, traveling, or spending time with family.

The Ideal Teammate

The ideal teammate will be driven, detail-oriented, quick on their feet, eager to learn, and will have excellent communication, both in verbal and written form. The successful candidate will have strong business acumen skills and will be able to navigate complexities; whether in scheduling or when dealing with business information. They will also have a passion for being a highly effective Executive Assistant, excited to work in the upper echelon of the organization, but also happy to work alongside this CEO as his personal assistant.


  • Managing the daily schedule and ensuring time management for the CEO.
  • Acts as a liaison to the Board, providing communication and assistance to all Board Members as needed.
  • Coordinates Board meetings and Board committee meetings including the development of agendas, preparation of all relevant meeting materials and monitors attendance at meetings.
  • Coordinate extensive domestic travel and managing all details pertaining to reservations and itineraries.
  • Monitor status of key deliverables by members of the CEO's staff and establish, manage and ensure that actions meet deadlines.
  • Monitor all incoming e-mails to ensure timely response as required.
  • Coordinate in-house and off-site meetings for small and large groups (including agenda, accommodations, transportation, catering).
  • Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Formatting and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Assisting with warehouse management, ordering supplies, and preparing contact books for new accounts.
  • Assistance with non-company-related scheduling and other items that help the CEO focus on business-related strategies and tasks.
  • Other general administrative responsibilities as required.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possess impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to be flexible with your work schedule.
  • Proactive self-starter with a high level of initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure and adjust to changing situations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
  • Must have a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
