K-tech Building Maintenance, a Vonachen family company is currently seeking part-time, first shift energetic and highly motivated individuals  to join our team as a General Cleaners working in a healthcare facility in Madison, WI. Ideal candidates for this position are highly responsible, reliable, detail-oriented, flexible and have reliable transportation.  


K-tech Building Maintenance is looking to fill a janitorial position at a facility in Wisconsin Rapids. Job duties include, but are not limited to: sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting restrooms, cleaning of offices, trash removal, etc.  Prior cleaning experience is desired, but we will train the right individual who is responsible, detail oriented and motivated to succeed!

Required Skills

Applicant must be reliable and have an eye for detail. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds.  Must be 18 years old and pass a background check.


This is a part-time position working every other weekend, first shift, four hours a day on Saturday and Sunday.  Some flexibility in schedule required based on customer and business needs.  Typical start time is 6:00 AM.  The pay rate is $15/hour.
Candidate must wear steel-toed shoes (not provided), attire is casual with appropriate PPE provided.
