Responsibilities/Duties

To provide timely and accurate recruiting and administrative support services for our executive team and field managers in order to enhance the quality of the overall service we provide to our clients and employees.

This position will be located in Jeffersontown area of Louisville, KY.

Required Skills

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

Screening resumes/applications online

Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

Administering appropriate company assessments

Performing reference and background checks

Making recommendations to company hiring employees

Coordinating/Conducting interviews with/without the managers

Following up on the interview process status

Maintaining relationships with internal clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations

Completing timely reports on employment activity

Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

Answer the phone and greet customers professionally

Prepare reports as assigned by Director and HR

Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.

Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Travel will be light and could involve startups at new businesses.

Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
