We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Supervisor in Peoria, IL.
Essential responsibilities of this position will include training, coaching, quality control, scheduling, and ensuring that safety procedures are followed. This position will be the front line customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required. Flexibility in working hours is important as this position will require availability first shift for customer relations, though the majority of the duties will occur on second shift.
Successful candidates will have 2-4 years of supervisory experience, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate employees to do their very best. Also key is the ability to pass a background check, work independently, the possession of personal initiative and strong customer service skills. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Reliable transportation is required.
Will work weekends which includes Friday night, Saturday and Sunday.
