This position will be responsible for various duties including hiring, job and safety training, and quality assurance. Responsibilities will also include scheduling staff, approving employee time records and managing a budget including labor and supplies. You will be the front line customer contact for our accounts, therefore strong relationship management skills are required. Flexibility in working hours is important as this position will require availability during first shift for customer relations, though some of the duties will occur on second shift or even third. Occasional weekend work may be required as business dictates.
The pay is $42,000 year plus quarterly bonus with full benefits offered including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), STD, LTD and PTO/holiday pay. A company laptop and cell phone will be provided.
