Essential responsibilities of this position will include training, coaching, quality control, scheduling, and ensuring that safety procedures are followed. This position will be the front line customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required. This position will have staff on primarily on first and second shift, and account management/client relations duties could occur in the afternoon and evening.
Preferred candidates must have previous experience in a service related industry. Successful candidates must have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate employees to do their very best. Also key are the ability to work independently, personal initiative and strong customer service skills, as well as access to reliable transportation while possessing a valid driver's license. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. Must pass a background check and drug screen.
The work schedule is Monday - Friday. The pay is $1-/hour, plus Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k), and STD.
This is a traveling supervisor position primarily on 2nd shift, but will also include some 1st shift activity. Candidate will be eligible for mileage reimbursement.
