VSI (Vonachen Services Inc), a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a 2nd Shift Supervisor position for a health care facility in Peoria Il.
The Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and providing a safe working environment. This person acts as a liaison between clients and managers when the manager is not present
Responsibilities
- Providing leadership, management, and direction in a healthcare facility
- Managing and overseeing operations support in janitorial cleaning and related functions
- Maintaining health and safety standards for the safety of all in the workplace
- Maintaining a positive employee experience
- Assessing and managing staffing in partnership with Human Resources
- Developing and coaching employees at all levels
- Managing and developing the customer relationship
Skills Required
Successful candidates will have previous cleaning experience, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills,and ability to motivate employees to do their very best. Supervisory experience is preferred. Also key is the ability to pass a background check, work independently, the possession of personal initiative and strong customer service skills.Additional Details
Monday - Friday 4:00 PM -12:30 AMThe starting pay for this position is $18/hour. Full Benefits are offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k), STD and Vacation.
