Responsibilities
VSI (Vonachen Services Inc) is looking to fill a supervisor of janitorial services position in Lincoln, NE. Essential responsibilities of this position will include training, coaching, quality control, scheduling, and ensuring that safety procedures are followed. This position will be the front line customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required. Flexibility in working hours is important as this position will require availability during first shift for customer relations, though the majority of the duties will occur on second shift.
Skills Required
Bilingual preferred, but not required. Successful candidates must have previous experience in a service related or healthcare industry, a positive attitude, basic computer skills, excellent communication and the ability to motivate employees to do their very best. Also key are the ability to work independently, personal initiative and strong customer service skills, as well as access to reliable transportation while possessing a valid driver's license. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Additional Details
The pay rate is $16/hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), STD & LTD and vacation/holidays. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (no weekends).
