Responsibilities
DSI (Diversified Services for Industry) is looking to fill a Janitorial Supervisor position in an industrial facility in Knoxville, IA. Essential responsibilities of this position will include training, coaching, quality control, scheduling, and ensuring that safety procedures are followed in a manufacturing environment. This position will have staff on all shifts/7 days a week, however, the majority of the supervisor duties will take place on second shift with some weekends required. Reinforce all safety policies, including accident prevention and investigations.Skills Required
Successful candidates must have previous experience in a service related or industrial industry, a positive attitude, basic computer skills, excellent communication and the ability to motivate employees to do their very best. Also key are the ability to work independently, personal initiative and strong customer service skills, as well as access to reliable transportation while possessing a valid driver's license. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. Must pass a background check and drug screen.Additional Details
The pay for this position is $18/hour. $500 sign on bonus after 30 days!!
Benefits offered include medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), STD and vacation. 2nd Shift, 3pm-11pm Monday through Friday but some weekends may be required.
