This position is an operator in Des Moines, Iowa in a manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
VSI (Vonachen Services Inc) is looking to fill a supervisor of janitorial services position in Des Moines, IA. Essential responsibilities of this position will include training, coaching, quality control, scheduling, and ensuring that safety procedures are followed. This position will be the front line customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required.Skills Required
Successful candidates will have 2-4 years of supervisory experience, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, fork truck experience and ability to motivate employees to do their very best. Also key is the ability to pass a background check and drug screen, work independently, the possession of personal initiative and strong customer service skills.Additional Details
The pay rate is $16/hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), STD, vacation/holiday pay.
This is a 12 hour rotating schedule
(0700pm-0700 am) Please note: 2-4 years experience is not mandatory we would like them to have some leadership experience but we are willing to train.
