Responsibilities
K-tech Building Maintenance is looking to fill a full-time working supervisor position at a healthcare / corporate office complex in Wausau, WI. Essential job responsibilities of this supervisory opportunity will include training, coaching, quality control, cleaning (laboratory rooms, kitchen areas, restrooms, hallways, break rooms, stairwells and etc) and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. This position will supervise personnel on all shifts, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This is a second shift leadership position typically working 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Some flexibility in scheduling required based on customer and business needs including occassional weekend hours as needed.
Skills Required
Successful candidates will have two to four years of prior supervisory / leadership experience, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, show a high degree of responsibility, be detail oriented and able work independently. Personal initiative and strong customer service skills a must! Candidates must pass a background screening for consideration. Bilingual language skills very helpful as well as prior custodial / janitorial experience.

Full-time K-tech employees will qualify for benefits the first of the month following thirty days of employment including medical, dental and vision coverages and short term disability insurance; PTO and 401K available after one year tenure. Starting wage for this supervisory opportunity is $15.00 to $17.00 per hour depending upon prior experience.
