Accent Specialty Services, a Vonachen family company, is looking for a Special Services Lead to work a SECOND/THIRD SHIFT, FULL TIME schedule with multiple client facilities in the Madison, WI area. Ideal candidates for this opportunity are energetic, responsible, detail-oriented, flexible in scheduling and have reliable transportation. Steel-toed shoes are required – all other appropriate PPE provided including company tee shirts, hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves and etc. This position will have a large amount of customer contact, bid flooring jobs and communicate effectively with end users and operations.
This is a SECOND/THIRD SHIFT, FULL TIME position with advancement potential; typical work hours will be 7:00PM to 3:30AM Wednesdays through Sundays with Mondays and Tuesdays off. Advancement opportunities are available for the right, motivated individual.

Responsibilities
A Special Services Lead is responsible for janitorial floor work to include floor stripping, waxing, scrubbing, buffing and carpet cleaning in various areas including offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen / breakroom areas, locker rooms, and public areas. Steel-toed shoes are required - all other appropriate PPE provided including company logo tee shirts, hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves and etc. This role includes end user / customer contact including customer service, sales and bidding activities.Skills Required
Applicants should be familiar with floor products and equipment, and have 3 years of floor care experience or the desire and motivation to learn.
WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL ON EQUIPMENT OPERATION AND CLEANING PROTOCOLS!
Applicants must be reliable, have an eye for detail and show a high degree of responsibility in working with minimal supervision. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. Must have a strong sense of work quality and be at least 18 years of age. Steel-toed footwear required, not provided.
Additional Details
The schedule for this position will be Wednesday through Sunday working 7:00PM till 3:30AM with flexibility required on work schedule and hours.
Full training provided; some floorcare experience preferred. This full-time position qualifies for a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, 401K and short term disability.
Pay for this position is $14.00 to $16.00 per hour depending upon experience.
