VSI is looking to fill Material Handler positions at an industrial location in Pontiac, IL. Duties and assignments may include oiling and vacu-sealing parts, running parts through washers, pulling parts from inventory for assembly and stocking parts inventory areas, inspecting parts for defects, and filling trays with parts. Other duties include documenting work, counts and logs as well as labeling part trays for proper handing.
Responsibilities
VSI (Vonachen Services Inc) is looking to fill a skilled laborer position at a heavy industrial account in Peoria, IL. VSI is looking to fill multiple Material Handler, Fork Truck Driver, and Shipping and Receiving Clerk positions at an industrial location in Pontiac, IL. Job duties include, but are not limited to: handling of small parts and running them through washers, packing of parts, using a fork truck and dump hoppers, and handling inbound shipments arriving on the dock.Skills Required
Attention to detail and comfort with repetitive and physical work are very important. Employees may be required to lift up to 40 pounds and will be required to stand, sit, stoop and bend throughout the day.
Additional Details
The work schedule(s) for these positions are: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. Must be available for overtime and weekends. The pay rate is $11.50 to $12.00 an hour. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), STD, vacation and holidays.
