Responsibilities
VSI is looking to fill Counter positions at an industrial location in Pontiac, IL. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining cycle counts throughout the year. Duties and assignments include counting parts throughout the plant and making inventory transactions and updates. This position will be responsible for maintaining sufficient stock of parts at various points in the manufacture process.
Skills Required
Strong detail orientation, must love numbers and math! General computer skills including Excel are very important. Familiarity with MFG Pro is a preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, as well as comfort working in an environment which may have large temperature variation will be important. Comfort with repetitive and physical work is very important. Employees may be required to lift up to 30 pounds and will be required to stand, sit, stoop and bend throughout the day.
Additional Details
The work schedule(s) for these positions are: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Must be available for overtime and weekends. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), STD, vacation and holidays.
