DSI(Vonachen Group Inc) is looking to fill a Site Manager position in a heavy industrial environment in Pontiac, IL. All training will be provided on site.
Responsibilities
- Providing leadership, management, and direction to 10 VSI employees in a large manufacturing facility
- Managing and overseeing operations support in fluids management
- Maintaining health and safety standards for the safety of all in the workplace
- Setting, monitoring, and achieving quality and velocity goals
- Preparing, tracking, and maintaining the facility budget
- Maintaining a positive employee experience
- Assessing and managing staffing, in conjunction with Human Resources
- Developing and coaching employees at all levels
- Leading continuous improvement efforts, organizing and managing projects
- Managing and developing the customer relationship
- Ensuring strong financial performance
- Providing accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of VSI activities in the facility
Skills Required
- Experience in the leadership of fluids management preferred
- Experience motivating and coaching employees is required
- Account management/customer services skills are paramount
- Experience with labor estimates and budgeting required
- Computer knowledge required (Windows, Microsoft Office, and SAP)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
