Accent Services Inc., a Vonachen Group family company, is actively hiring for a Regional Operations Administrator to work out of our ASI Menominee, MI Office supporting the WI & MI Director of Operations, four Regional Operations Managers and twenty Area Operations Managers. This is a FULL-TIME, FIRST SHIFT, Administrator role earning$18.00 to $20.00 per hour depending upon experience. Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance coverages are offered the first of the month following thirty calendar days tenure. Generous accrued 128 hours annual paid time off and six paid Federal holidays are a part of the competitive compensation package awaiting the right candidate. Essential responsibilities of the job include EXPERT LEVEL communications, organization, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Adobe, typing, and proofreading and computer technical skills. Reliability, dependability, working under deadline and pressure to exceed expectations is an absolute requirement as well as the ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment. An understanding of business, sales, manufacturing, customer service and janitorial services highly desired. The right candidate will present a vibrant and persuasive personality with a focus on delivering results. Various software systems will be utilized as well as answering / directing phone inquiries, creating reports, processing work tickets, ordering office supplies and assisting with daily administrative duties. This position will be the “face” of our local brand in communicating positively and proactively with customers, employees, and management personnel.

Responsibilities
It cannot be understated that excellent communication skills, a friendly, outgoing, positive personality, extreme multitasking, ability to maintain confidentiality, strong typing skills, excellent spreadsheet / Excel skills and the ability to prioritize duties are requirements for this career position. This is a Monday through Friday position working primarily 9:00AM to 6:00PM, some off-shift hours may be required as needed. Prior strong experience and/or education in executive administration, multiline phone systems, office administration, Microsoft Office Suite strongly preferred. Some travel within the Central Wisconsin Region may be required as needed.Skills Required
Three years of previous executive level administration experience preferred with advancement potential available into human resources, management, operations and a variety of other key departments within Vonachen Group. Successful candidates will be highly professional, responsible, reliable, dependable, have strong attention to detail, be VERY comfortable on the phone, taking notes, emailing, multitasking, communications and have a friendly, pleasant, outgoing personality with the gift of "smiling through the phone".
