Responsibilities
VSI (Vonachen Services Inc) is looking to fill a Regional Operations Manager position to oversee the custodial services at a healthcare complex in Decatur, IL. This position is responsible for leading and directing operations over a broad territory of customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to hiring and developing a management team, managing and developing customer relationships, ensuring strong financial performance in the territory, and ensuring that safety reporting, training, and protocols are followed.Skills Required
- 4-6 years of management experience required
- Frequent travel between customer locations in and around Lafayette and Indianapolis
- Flexibility to assist with urgent operations matters on evenings and weekends
- Experience with managing operations at multiple locations is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure to meet established goals and objectives
- Ability to inspire and lead management and employees by example
- Computer knowledge required (Windows, Microsoft Office)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
