Accent Specialty Services, a Vonachen family company, is looking for a LEAD FLOOR CARE TECHNICIAN to work a SECOND/THIRD SHIFT, FULL TIME schedule with multiple client facilities in the Marinette, WI and Menominee, MI areas. Ideal candidates for this opportunity are energetic, responsible, detail-oriented, flexible in scheduling and have reliable transportation. Steel-toed shoes are required – all other appropriate PPE provided including company tee shirts, hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves and etc. This position will have a large amount of customer contact, assist in bidding flooring jobs and communicate effectively with end users and operations.
This is a SECOND/THIRD SHIFT, FULL TIME position with advancement potential; typical work hours will be 7:00PM to 3:30AM Wednesdays through Sundays with Mondays and Tuesdays off. Advancement opportunities are available for the right, motivated individual.

Responsibilities
A LEAD FLOOR CARE TECHNICIAN is responsible for janitorial floor work to include floor stripping, waxing, scrubbing, buffing and carpet cleaning in various areas including offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen / breakroom areas, locker rooms, and public areas. Steel-toed shoes are required - all other appropriate PPE provided including company logo tee shirts, hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves and etc. This role includes end user / customer contact including customer service and follow up.Skills Required
Applicant should be familiar with floor products and equipment and have two years of floor care experience. Applicant must be reliable and have an eye for detail. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. Must have a strong sense of work quality. Must be 18 years old and pass a background check. Prior operations leadership experience strongly desired.Additional Details
This is a full-time position and is eligible for a benefit package which includes medical, dental, vision, long-term and short-term disability insurance after thirty days tenure ont he first of the following month.
Pay for this position is $15-17/hour, depending upon floor care experience.
The hours of this position will be variable, working a variety of shift hours as needed.
