K-tech Building Maintenance, a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a full-time, second-shift Lead position in a healthcare facility in Stevens Point and Plover, WI working a flexible evening schedule. Some daytime and weekend hours will be required as needed. Essential responsibilities of this position will include traveling between accounts completing cleaning duties, service protocols, customer interactions, quality control and following safety procedures. This position will have customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required.
Responsibilities
Successful candidates will assist in the management of employees ensuring daily job duties are completed by all employees and following up with employees and management to ensure customer satisfaction. Will fill in as necessary completing any dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting restrooms, and cleaning of offices.
Skills Required
Previous supervisory experience is required. Successful candidates will be reliable and have an eye for detail. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Must pass a background screening and be a minimum of 18 years of age.Additional Details
The pay rate is $13.00 to $14.00 per hour. Benefits offered include medical, dental, vision, 401K and paid vacation/holidays.
The approximate schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 4:30 PM to 1 AM with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch.
