K-tech Building Maintnance, a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a full-time, second shift Lead position in a healthcare facility in Stevens Point, WI working a flexible evening schedule between the hours of 4:30pm and 12:30am. Some weekend hours will be required as needed. Essential responsibilities of this position will include traveling between accounts completing cleaning duties, service protocols, customer interactions, quality control and following safety procedures. This position will have customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required.
Responsibilities
Successful candidates will assist in the management of employees ensuring daily job duties are completed by all employees and following up with employees and management to ensure customer satisfaction. Will fill in as necessary completing any dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting restrooms, and cleaning of offices.Skills Required
Previous supervisory experience is required. Successful candidates will be reliable and have an eye for detail. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Must pass a background screen.Additional Details
The pay rate is $13/hour and includes a monthly $200 vehicle allowance as a portion of competitive compensation.Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and short term disability insurance are available the first of the month following thirty days of employment.
