Accent Services Inc., a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a FULL-TIME, SECOND SHIFT Janitorial Supervisor role working3:00PM to 11:00PM Monday through Friday – NO weekends! This is a salaried supervisory role working within an educational client facility in Stevens Point, WI. Some flexibility in scheduling may be required as needed. Summer hours will be daytime only! Ten paid holidays! Essential responsibilities of this position will include manging custodial staff, traveling between educational facilities, completing cleaning / inspection duties, service protocols, customer interactions, quality control and following safety procedures. This position will have customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required.
The pay rate for this position is $44K annual salary. Full benefits are available the first of the month following thirty calendar days tenure including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance coverages. Responsibilities
Successful candidates will assist in the management of employees ensuring daily job duties are completed by all employees and following up with employees and management to ensure customer satisfaction. Will fill in as necessary completing any dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting restrooms, and cleaning of offices.
A General Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing various spaces which could include offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, medical exam rooms, locker rooms, and public areas.
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc)
- Gather and empty trash recepticles
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and equipment
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills Required
Previous supervisory experience is required. Successful candidates will be reliable and have an eye for detail. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and clean driving record are required. Must pass a background and drug screening and be a minimum of 18 years of age.Additional Details
