Responsibilities
DSI (Diversified Services for Industry) a Vonachen Group company is looking to fill a 3rd shift supervisor of janitorial services position in Davenport, IA. Essential responsibilities of this position will include training, coaching, quality control, scheduling, and ensuring that safety procedures are followed. This position will be the front line customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required.Skills Required
Preferred candidates must have previous experience in a service related industry. Successful candidates must have a posis license. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. Must pass a background check and drug screen.tive attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate employees to do their very best. Also key are the ability to work independently, personal initiative and strong customer service skills, as well as access to reliable transportation while possessing a valid driver's license.Additional Details
The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm The pay is $15/hour, plus Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k), and STD.
