K-tech Building Maintnance, a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a working manufacturing Janitorial Supervisor position at a manufacturing account in Weston, WI. Essential responsibilities of this position will include training, coaching, quality control, scheduling, cleaning and ensuring that safety procedures are followed. This position will be the front line customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required.
Responsibilities
Preferred candidates must have previous experience in a service related industry. Successful candidates must have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate employees to do their very best. Also key are the ability to work independently, personal initiative and strong customer service skills, as well as access to reliable transportation while possessing a valid driver's license. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds.Skills Required
One year of previous supervisory experience is required. Successful candidates will be highly responsible, reliable, have strong attention to detail and the ability to motivate employees. This is a physically demanding positon and will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Must be 18 years of age, pass a background check and drug screen.Additional Details
This full-time, second shift career opportunity works a Monday through Friday schedule.
The starting payrate for this position is $15.00/hour.
