Accent Services Inc., a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a FULL-TIME, FIRST SHIFT working Janitorial Lead Cleaner position with a manufacturing client in Escanaba, MI. Essential responsibilities of this position will include training, coaching, quality control, scheduling, cleaning and ensuring that safety procedures are followed. This position will be the front line customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required. The starting payrate for this position is $15.00 per hour depending upon janitorial experience.

Responsibilities
Preferred candidates will present custodial / janitorial leadership experience in a manufactruing environment with previous experience in a service related industry. Successful candidates must have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate employees to do their very best. Also key are the ability to work independently, personal initiative and strong customer service skills, as well as access to reliable transportation while possessing a valid driver's license. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds.Skills Required
One year of previous supervisory experience is required. Successful candidates will be highly responsible, reliable, have strong attention to detail and the ability to motivate employees. This is a physically demanding positon and will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Must be 18 years of age and complete / pass a background and drug screening.Additional Details
This FULL-TIME, FIRST SHIFT career opportunity works a Monday through Friday schedule from 10:00am to 6:30pm with occasional evening / weekend work as needed.
The starting payrate for this position is $15.00 per hour depending upon janitorial experience.
