VSI (Vonachen Group, Inc.) is looking to fill an Inventory Manager positios at an industrial location in Pontiac, IL. All training will be provided on site.
Responsibilities
- Managing space at external storage facility to help safe our customer money.
- Managing and inventory of sheet steel.
- Maintaining FIFO on all inventories.
- Managing and inventory of Headers.
- Setting up PO receipt locations for all of LAT, LADS, and PETU.
- Managing and inventory of PETU tanks.
- Managing the inventory and movement of Dock inspect.
- Managing the inventory and movement of Dock risers.
- Creating a pack slip issue spreadsheet that will benefit our team and our customer.
- Coordinates all large LAT product that needs to be inspected and the moved to JB Lee for storage until needed.
- Always working with the customers logistics team on inventory issues.
Skills Required
- Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Candidate must be dependable
- Dedication to workplace safety
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Additional Details
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, must be available for overtime and weekends
- Pay range: $19.00/ hour plus full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k), and Vacation/Holiday pay
