DSI (Diversified Services for Industry) a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill an industrial supervisor position at an industrial location in Davenport, IA.
Responsibilities
Essential responsibilities of this position will include training, coaching, quality control, scheduling, and ensuring that safety procedures are followed. This position will be the front line customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required. Flexibility in working hours is important as this position will be on first shift for customer relations, though they wlll assist with the duties on second or third shifts.Skills Required
Successful candidates will have 2-4 years of supervisory experience, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, fork truck experience and ability to motivate employees to do their very best. Also key is the ability to pass a background check, work independently, the possession of personal initiative and strong customer service skills.Additional Details
The pay rate is up to $22.00/hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), STD, LTD and vacation/holidays.
A company cell phone and lap top/Ipad is provided
Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements as needed.
This position will include work on all three shifts, plus some weekends.
