DSI (Diversified Services for Industry) is looking to fill a Supervisor position at a warehousing facility in Forest City, IA.
Responsibilities
Essential responsibilities of this position will include training, coaching, quality control, scheduling, and ensuring that safety procedures are followed. This position will be the front line customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required. This position has staff on all shifts and must be available to work any shift as needed.Skills Required
Successful candidates will have 2-4 years of supervisory experience, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, fork truck experience and ability to motivate employees to do their very best. Also key is the ability to pass a drug screen, physical and background check, work independently, possession of personal initiative and strong customer service skills.Additional Details
The pay range is $20 /hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), STD, LTD, Vacation and Holidays.
Must have Safety Shoes, drug screen and background check required.
There are no set hours for this position. As a supervisor, the applicant must be willing to work all shifts.
