DSI (Diversified Services for Industry), a Vonachen Family company, is looking to fill a laborer position in a heavy industrial Davenport, IA. Job duties include, but are not limited to running a sweeper/scrubber to clean factory floors, using a forklift to pick up trash hampers and operating an industrial powered vehicle to move material throughout the plant.
Responsibilities
DSI (Diversity Services for Industry), a Vonachen Family company, is looking to fill a Laborer position in a heavy industrial facility in Davenport, IA. This position is primarily responsible for moving material throughout the plant, unloading/loading trucks, picking up empty skids/tubs, all while maintaining a safe environment.Skills Required
Painter - Line Striping, Use of stenciling, application and removal of floor painting. Fork truck operator certification required. Ability to quickly learn the layout of the plant, and extreme care for safety in driving and operating the fork truck is paramount. Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, as well as comfort working in an environment which may have large temperature variation, will be important. Comfort with repetitive and physical work is very important. Employees may be required to lift up to 40 pounds and will be required to stand, sit, stoop and bend throughout the day. Must pass a background and drug screen.

The pay rate is $12-13/hour based on experience with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, STD and 401K - Laborers
The pay rate is $15-20 / hour for a Skilled Painter.
Full-time positions available on all shifts. $200 bonus after 30 days of employment.
