Responsibilities
Support the Lead Daily/Weekly tasks:
1. Daily preparation of equipment
2. Report on time at regular start time
3. Load all tools, gas and other necessary equipment/materials. Secure all equipment safely.
4. Perform and manage landscape and maintenance tasks on client's properties.
5. Work in conjunction with the Crew Lead to ensure the work contracted is implemented efficiently
and according to the contracted specifications.
6. Provide labor associated with the maintenance of all lawns & garden beds, including cleanouts.
7. Perform all tasks of operations including but not limited to mowing, line trimming, blowing, leaf
and debris removal, weeding, edging, hedging, raking and mulch installation.
8. Proper use of safety equipment and Personal Protective Equipment and practices of the crew.
9. Follow all customer/company policies and procedures
End of the day duties.
1. Complete time sheet. Inventory and report all materials used on the job that day.
2. Review the whole week's jobs and prepare for the next day's jobs.
3. Unload/load equipment and material, clean out truck/trailer by removing trash, debris, etc. daily.
4. Wash dirty equipment {including all mower decks} and return to storage location. Report
damaged or broken equipment to your manager immediately to get parts on order.
Skills Required
1. Ability to lift 50 lbs. + consistently throughout the day
2. Stoop, stand and bend for 4 hours or more a day
3. Ability to read & write English, including maps & diagram
4. Drug free work environment
Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements as needed.
Additional Details
1st shift - $17/Hr
Schedule would be Monday-Friday 730AM-4PM, with some days working inside on other general tasks 6:30AM -3:000PM
We are seeking prospective candidates that can self motivate, pay close attention to detail, work outside,have some lawn care experience, walk for long periods of time, utilize lawn care equipment, lift up to 50lbs,works well with others . Can work flexible hours.
