Accent Services Inc., a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a FULL-TIME, FIRST SHIFT position cleaning manufacturing facilities in the Marinette, WI / Menominee, MI areas. Ideal candidates for these positions will be energetic, responsible, detail-oriented, flexible in scheduling and have reliable transportation. The work schedule is Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 11:00AM and every other weekend 3:00PM to 6:00PM (day off during the week when working the weekend). This position pays $12.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
A General Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing various areas which could include offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, hallways, locker rooms, and public areas.
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc)
- Gather and empty trash recepticles
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and equipment
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Ability to learn how to operate a floor scrubber - will train
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc)
Skills Required
- No janitorial experience required, we provide on the job training
- Successful candidates will be reliable, have strong attention to detail, be flexible on occasion and are able to work independently
- Able to meet physical requirements, such as lifting up to 40lbs, bending, twisting, climbing stairs and standing for duration of shift
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age for consideration
- Must pass a background screening
- Steel-toed footwear required for this position (not provided)
- All PPE provided (except steel toes) including Company Logo attire: Bump Cap, Face Mask, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Gloves and etc.
Additional Details

Full-time employees are eligible for benefits the first of the month following 30 days of employment and include medical, dental, vision, life and short term disability insurance coverages.
