K-tech Building Maintenance, a Vonachen family company, is looking for highly motivated individual to join our team as a second shift, part-time General Cleaner at a retail client facility in Rhinelander, WI. Ideal candidates for this opportunity are energetic, responsible, detail-oriented, flexible in scheduling and have reliable transportation. The work schedule will be one hour daily after 7:00PM Monday through Friday and every other weekend one hour each day after 5:00PM. The starting payrate is $13.00 per hour. Additional hours available if willing to clean other accounts.
Responsibilities
A General Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing various spaces which could include offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, hallways and public areas.
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning and etc)
- Gather and empty trash recepticals
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and equipment
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills Required
- No janitorial experience required, we provide on the job training
- Successful candidates will have strong attention to detail, be flexible on occasion and are able to work independently
- Able to meet physical requirements, such as lifting up to 40lbs, bending, twisting, reaching, climbing stairs and standing for duration of shift
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age for consideration
- Clean background screening required
Additional Details
This is a part-time, second shift position at a retail facility in Rhinelander, WI. The pay rate for this part-time position is $13.00 per hour.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM and every other weekend 5:00PM to 6:00PM.
