Accent Specialty Services, a Vonachen family company, is looking for a Floor Care Specialist to work a varied hour, primarily second shift, full time schedule with a manufacturing client in Marinette, WI. Ideal candidates for this opportunity are energetic, responsible, detail-oriented, flexible in scheduling and have reliable transportation. Steel-toed shoes are required – all other appropriate PPE provided including company tee shirts, hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves and etc.
This is a primarily second shift position with advancement potential for the right, motivated individual making $13.00 to $15.00 per hour depending upon floor care and custodial experience.

Responsibilities
A Floor Care Specialist is responsible for janitorial floor work to include floor stripping, waxing, scrubbing, buffing and carpet cleaning in various areas including offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen / breakroom areas, locker rooms, and public areas. Steel-toed shoes are required - all other appropriate PPE provided including company logo tee shirts, hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves and etc.Skills Required
Applicants should be familiar with floor products and equipment, and have 1 year of floor care experience or the desire and motivation to learn.
WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL ON EQUIPMENT OPERATION AND CLEANING PROTOCOLS!
Applicants must be reliable, have an eye for detail and show a high degree of responsibility in working with minimal supervision. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. Must have a strong sense of work quality and be at least 18 years of age. Steel-toed footwear required, not provided.

Full training provided; some floorcare experience preferred. This full-time position qualifies for a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, 401K and short term disability.
Pay for this position is $13.00 to $15.00 per hour depending upon floorcare and custodial experience.
