Accent Specialty Services, a Vonachen family company, is looking for a Floor Care Specialist to work a full-time Second / THIRD SHIFT, schedule with a custodial service clientele in the Wausau and Weston, WI areas. Ideal candidates for this opportunity are energetic, responsible, detail-oriented, flexible in scheduling and have reliable transportation. Steel-toed shoes are required – all other appropriate PPE provided including company logo tee shirts/ sweatshirt, hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves and etc.
This is a full-time SECOND / THIRD SHIFT position with varied hours typically between the hours of 6:00PM and 6:00AM Thursdays through Sundays. Advancement opportunities are available for the right, motivated individual.

Responsibilities
A Floor Care Specialist is responsible for janitorial floor work to include floor stripping, waxing, scrubbing, buffing and carpet cleaning in various areas including offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen / breakroom areas, locker rooms, and public areas. Steel-toed shoes are required - all other appropriate PPE provided including company logo tee shirts, hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves and etc.Skills Required
Applicants should be familiar with floor products and equipment, and have 1 year of floor care experience or the desire and motivation to learn.
WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL ON EQUIPMENT OPERATION AND CLEANING PROTOCOLS!
Applicants must be reliable, have an eye for detail and show a high degree of responsibility in working with minimal supervision. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. Must have a strong sense of work quality and be at least 18 years of age.
Additional Details
The schedule for this position will be typically work four days per week: normally ten hour shifts Thursday into Friday,Friday into Saturday and Saturday into Sunday andSunday into Monday with some flexibility on work schedule and hours; typical working hours would fall between 6:00PM and 6:00AM.

Pay for this position is $13.00 to $16.00 per hour depending upon experience.
