Accent Services Inc., a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a FULL-TIME Floating Cleaner position working a flexible 1st / 2nd shift schedule in multiple healthcare facilities in Stevens Point and Plover. This role will require an open availability and the flexibility to work either first or second shift as needed. Some weekend hours will be required as needed – every other weekend availability required. Essential responsibilities of this position will include traveling between accounts completing cleaning duties, service protocols, customer interactions, quality control and following safety procedures. This position will have customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required.
Responsibilities
Successful candidates will assist in directing General Cleaners ensuring daily job duties are completed by all employees and following up with employees and management to ensure customer satisfaction. Will fill in as necessary completing any dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting restrooms, and cleaning of offices.Skills Required
Previous supervisory experience is beneficial. Successful candidates will be reliable and have an eye for detail. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Must pass a background check and drug screen.Additional Details
The pay rate is $13.00 to $15.00 per hour based upon experience and may include a monthly vehicle allowance to accomodate any required travel between client facilities.
