Accent Services Inc., a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a FULL-TIME, FLEXIBLE SHIFT Floating General Cleaner position responsible for cleaning multiple client educational facilities in the Marinette, WI / Menominee, MI areas. The work schedule requires some flexibility between first and second shifts. Essential responsibilities of this position will include traveling between account facilities completing cleaning duties, service protocols, customer interactions, quality control and following safety procedures. This position will have customer contact for our accounts and so strong customer service skills are required. Some weekend work will be required as needed in this role. The starting pay rate for this position is $12.00 per hour.
Full benefits are avialable the first of the month following thirty calendar days tenure and include medical, dental, vision, life and short-term disability insurance.

Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be true multi-taskers, work with a sense of purpose, show a high level of responsibility and accountability in assisting with the management of employees and accounts. Daily janitorial job duties are completed by all Accent Services Inc. employees including managment to ensure customer satisfaction. Will fill-in for employee time off request and absences as necessary completing any scheduled cleaning in a medical client facilities.
General Cleaners are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing various spaces which could include offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen / breakroom areas, locker rooms, and public areas. Steel-toed shoes are required - all other appropriate PPE provided including company tee shirts, hardhats, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves and etc.
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, breakroom, restroom and lockerroom cleaning and etc.)
- Gather and empty trash recepticles
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and equipment
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills Required
- No janitorial or custodial experience required, we provide on the job training
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Successful candidates will be reliable, have strong attention to detail, be flexible in scheduling and are able to work independently
- Able to meet physical requirements, such as lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, twisting, climbing stairs, a lot of walking and standing for duration of shift
- All other required personal protective equipment provided including company attire
- Must have reliable transportation
- A BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREENING MUST BE PASSED FOR CONSIDERATION!!!

The pay rate for this FULL-TIME, FLEXIBLE SHIFT Floating General Cleaner position is $12.00 per hour.
