Accent Services Inc., a Vonachen family company, is looking for a FULL-TIME, SECOND SHIFTFloating Cleaner working primarily evenings in mutiple medical, commercial, office, manufacturing facilities in the Wausau, WI areas. The standard second shift work schedule will be 3:00PM to 11:00PMMonday through Friday. Some flexibility in scheduling and weekend hours will be required as needed. Essential responsibilities of this position will include traveling between accounts completing cleaning duties, service protocols, customer interactions, quality control and following safety procedures. This position will have customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required. The pay range for this full-time opportunity is $15.00/hour and includes a monthly mileage allowance of up to $300.00 to allow for travel expenses.

Responsibilities
Successful candidates will assist in the management of employees ensuring daily job duties are completed by all employees and following up with employees and management to ensure customer satisfaction. Will fill in as necessary completing any dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting restrooms, and cleaning of offices.
Skills Required
Previous supervisory experience is required. Successful candidates will be reliable and have an eye for detail. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and clean driving record are required. Must pass a background screening and be a minimum of 18 years of age.Additional Details
The pay rate is $15.00/hour depending upon custodial cleaning experience and availability. Benefits offered include medical, dental, vision, 401K and paid vacation/holidays. A monthly mileage allowance of up to $300.00 per month is included as a benefit for this position.
Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and short term disability insurance are available the first of the month following thirty days of employment.
