Accent Services Inc., a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a FULL-TIME, FLEX SHIFT Floating Cleaner position responsible for cleaning multiple client facilities in Wausau, WI working a flexible, first/second-shift schedule in completing custodial duties. Essential responsibilities of this position will include traveling between accounts completing cleaning duties, service protocols, customer interactions, quality control and following safety procedures. This position will have customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required. Some weekend work will be required as needed in this role. The starting pay rate for this position is $15.00/hour.
Full benefits are avialable the first of the month following thirty calendar days tenure and include medical, dental, vision, life and short-term disability insurance.

Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be true multitaskers, work with a sense of purpose, show a high level of responsibility and accountability in assisting with the management of employees and accounts. Daily janitorial job duties are completed by all Accent Services Inc. employees including managment to ensure customer satisfaction. Will fill-in for employee time off request and absences as necessary completing any scheduled cleaning in a medical client facilities.Skills Required
One year previous supervisory experience is required. Successful candidates will be reliable and have an eye for detail. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Must pass a background check, drug screen and motor vehicle report.Additional Details
The pay rate for this FULL-TIME, FLEX SHIFT Lead Cleaner position earning $15.00/hour and includes a mileage allowance of up to $300 monthly.
Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and short term disability insurance are available the first of the month following thirty days of employment.
