ResponsibilitiesVonachen Services Inc, a leading building services company is looking to fill a Facility Manager position in Moline, IL. This position is responsible for leading and directing operations over a broad territory of customers including manufacturing, commercial and healthcare facilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: hiring and developing a management team, managing and developing customer relationships, ensuring strong financial performance in the territory, and ensuring that safety reporting, training, and protocols are followed. Therefore, knowledge of safety procedures and protocols including lock out tag out procedures, confined space, and SDS, experience with painting and multiple applications (epoxy, latex, oil base), experience with labor estimates and budgeting, computer knowledge (Windows XP, Microsoft Office, and SAP), carpentry and hand tool experience are preferred.
Successful candidates for this position will have 4-6 years of management experience in building services, facilities, or related industry and with various types of facilities (commercial, industrial, medical). We are looking for candidates with strong customer service orientation, great attention to detail, ability to work under pressure to meet established goals and objectives, and the ability to inspire and lead management and employees by example.
The pay range is depending on experience with earned quarterly bonuses. A company provided car, cellphone, and laptop will be issued. Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), STD, LTD, Vacation/Holiday pay. Travel required throughout multi state territory.
This position will be responsible for running 2 business units on one campus that has janitorial and laborer staff.
Annual Pay is 40-43K based on experience.
