Our agency doesn’t represent the traditional office setting that most cleaning companies encounter. We occupy 16 facilities that are a combination of old and new structures, from residential group homes to apartment-style living to medical treatment settings to traditional offices. For years, VSI has shown us tremendous flexibility in meeting all of our varied needs. I also appreciate the open lines of communication and the continued support of the VSI management and staff.

VSI has performed exceptionally well here at the Gen. Downing Peoria International Airport. We constantly receive feedback from our passengers about how clean and well maintained the terminal building looks. In addition to the challenges you’d expect with a 125,000 square foot building, working in an airport is a little different due to security rules and changing passenger flows. VSI really stepped up to the plate with the challenges posed by the Covid pandemic. One of my better recent surprises was finding that VSI had already been using anti-viral cleaners before the crisis as a normal course of operations. We’re very happy with VSI, and they are an important part of our team.
