Accent Services Inc., a Vonachen family company, is currently seeking a FULL-TIME, FIRST SHIFT Day Porter / General Cleaner to service a corporate office facility in Madison, WI. Ideal candidates for this position are energetic, highly responsible, reliable, detail-oriented, flexible and have reliable transportation.
This FULL-TIME, FIRST SHIFT Day Porter / General Cleaner position will work a planned schedule from 8:00AM to 4:00PM Monday through Friday making $13.00 per hour. Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and short term disability insurances available the first of the month following thirty calendar days tenure.

Responsibilities
A Day Porter / General Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing various spaces which could include offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, kitchen / breakroom areas, exam areas, labs, locker rooms, and public areas.
- Clean and supply designated building areas
- (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning and etc.)
- Gather and empty trash recepticles
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and equipment
- Operate various custodial machines and equipment (will train)
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills Required
- No janitorial experience required, we provide on the job training
- Successful candidates will be reliable, have strong attention to detail, be flexible in scheduling on occasion and are able to work independently
- Able to meet physical requirements, such as lifting up to 40lbs, bending, twisting, reaching and standing for duration of shift
- Must pass a pre-employment background and drug screening
- Be a minimum of 18 years of age
