Accent Services Inc., a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a FULL-TIME, SECOND SHIFT General Cleaner position in a school system located in Stevens Point, WI. Ideal candidates for this position will be energetic, responsible, detail-oriented, flexible in scheduling and have reliable transportation. This is a full-time position available immediately. The payrate for this position is $15.00 per hour working primarily second shift from 4p-10p Monday through Friday; ocassional weekends as needed.
Benefits are available the first of the month following thirty calendar days tenure including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance.

Responsibilities
A General Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing various spaces which could include offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, hallways, locker rooms, and public areas. Snow shoveling and salting sidewalks / entryways are also general cleaner position duties that are required during weather incidents as needed.
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc)
- Gather and empty trash recepticles
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and equipment
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Ability to learn how to operate a floor scrubber - will train
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc)
Skills Required
- No janitorial experience required, we provide on the job training
- Successful candidates will be reliable, have strong attention to detail, be flexible on occasion and are able to work independently
- Able to meet physical requirements, such as lifting up to 40lbs, bending, twisting, climbing stairs and standing for duration of shift
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age for consideration
- Must pass a background screening
Additional Details
The payrate for this position is $15.00 per hour working primarily second shift from4PM to 10PM Monday through Friday; ocassional weekends as needed.
