Clearwater Janitorial, a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a PART TIME, FIRST SHIFT General Cleaner position working in an Armory located in River Falls, WI.
The shift hours are flexible with 2.5 hours of cleaning to be completed between the hours of 8:00AM and 3:00PM every Wednesday or Thursday with a starting wage of $13.00 – $15.00 an hour. Wage will be based on experience and quality of work completed.
Additional hours are also available depending upon schedule availability, motivation and experience.
Responsibilities
A General Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing various spaces which could include offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, medical exam rooms, locker rooms, and public areas. Responsibilities include:
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc)
- Gather and empty trash recepticles
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and equipment
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills Required
- No janitorial experience required, we provide on the job training
- Successful candidates will be reliable, have exceptional attention to detail, take direction well, be flexible in scheduling on occasion and are able to work independently
- Able to meet physical requirements, such as lifting, bending and standing for duration of shift
- Clean background screening required
- Reliable transportation
