Responsibilities
DSI (Diversified Services for Industry) is looking to fill an Area Operations Manager opening over a manufacturing envrionment in Forest City, IA.This position will be responsible for various duties including hiring, job and safety training, and quality assurance. Responsibilities will also include scheduling staff, approving employee time records and managing a budget including labor and supplies. This position will be the front line customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required. Flexibility in working hours is important as this position will require availability during first shift for customer relations, though the majority of the duties will occur on second shift.
Skills Required
Retail, Restaurant and Hospitality industry experience encouraged to apply!A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a requirement for this position, and a mileage reimbursement is part of the compensation package. Interested candidates should have a high school diploma, some college or equivalent work experience is preferred. Experience motivating and coaching employees is required. Account Management/Customer Services skills are paramount. Experience providing cleaning services in industrial settings is a plus. Interested candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.
Additional Details
The pay is $48,000/year with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k), STD, LTD and vacation/holiday pay. A company laptop and cell phone will be provided.
