The Vonachen Group is looking to fill an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position in its Wausau location. This position will provide administrative support to multiple locations in the state of Wisconsin and Illinois. Duties will include preparing operational reports, creating sales proposals, answering phones, making travel arrangements and creating the company newsletter amongst other projects.
Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service skills, be well versed in all Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Publisher skills will be required for the newsletter. 1-3 years of experience doing similar work is preferred.
$15-18/hour with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), STD, Vacation/Holidays.
